A simple, polished backdrop for smaller celebrations and photo moments.
Includes:
One plain arch backdrop with white cover
One organic or traditional balloon garland
Up to 7 ft of balloons
Up to 75 balloons
Up to 3 standard balloon colors
Basic setup and styling
Perfect for: birthdays, baby showers, dessert tables, church events, office celebrations, and intimate gatherings.
Custom upgrades such as mylar balloons, lettering, florals, themed accents, or rental pieces are available for an additional cost.
All packages include day-of set-up and after-event (same day) tear-down.
What you see in this photo is exactly what you’d get for the Mini Moment base price of $350 (x1 Organic Balloon Garland, up to 75 balloons, varying sizes, with up to 3 colors, and up to 4 mylar or large accent balloons) with complimentary plain white arch backdrop rental. Elements such as lettering on the backdrop will be an additional cost.
This is an example “upgraded” Mini Moment package with 115 balloons and max of 3 colors. Total cost with the leaf details, outdoor setup and including the added lettering on the rental arch backdrop is $650.
This is an example “upgraded” Mini Moment package with 135 balloons and max of 3 colors. Total cost with the outdoor setup, giant 4 ft “GRAD” letters, and including the added lettering on the rental arch backdrop is $900.

One large 10–12 ft rectangular backdrop or multi-arch backdrop setup

This is an “upgraded” Statement Moment package with giant flower accents, detailed balloon clusters on both sides of the 12 foot rectangular layered fabric backdrop. Total cost is $975.
This is an “upgraded” Statement Moment package with over 220 balloons, character accents and mylar balloons. Total cost is $1350.
30 ft Traditional Arch - packages starting at $575. See samples below for our very transparent pricing.
A classic balloon arch designed to make a big entrance.
Includes:
30 ft traditional balloon arch
Spiral or color-block design
Up to 3 standard balloon colors
10 inch professional-quality latex balloons
Frame/base rental setup
Installation and styling and securing (outdoors may require additional cost)
Perfect for: school walkways, church entrances, graduations, sports banquets, grand openings, welcome areas, and large event entrances. This arch is ideal when you want a clean, classic look with strong visual impact. Pricing may vary based on arch size, location, outdoor conditions, specialty colors, chrome balloons, and delivery needs.
All packages include day-of set-up and after-event (same day) tear-down.
OUR PROCESS
Planning
Together, we discuss your vision and I will submit a mock-up of what it will look like in your event space, along with the pricing to complete your project.
Approval & Deposit
After reviewing the mock-up, you have 1 (one) revision available and I can resend an updated mock up. Once you approve, you send a 30% non-refundable deposit of the total price to book your date.
Final Payment
In order to avoid any delays or glitches, final balance is due the day prior to your event. If you choose to pay on the day of the event, you must complete payment before any work can begin.
Day-Of Installation
My team will install your backdrop and make it event ready!
We will return when you are ready for us to tear down the balloons and pack up our backdrops and other rental elements (if applicable)
