MAX CONOVER EAGLE PROJECT
Please partner with me and help me earn my Eagle with Chino Troop 201!
Dear Family and Friends,
I am excited to share that I am working on my Eagle Scout Service Project. This project is one of the final steps I need in order to earn the rank of Eagle Scout with Chino Troop 201.
This experience means a lot to me because I have spent many years in Scouts learning leadership, responsibility, and service, in a troop that I could not be more proud to be a part of. And this project gives me the opportunity to use those skills to help another organization that is also very important to me: my church. I appreciate you taking the time to learn about my project!
Landmark Church in Diamond Bar has a huge need to secure the west side of their property where the Kids, Jr High and High School Ministries are located.
MY PROJECT
For my Eagle Scout Service Project, I will lead and manage the installation of a steel single-swing driveway gate system for the church. The project includes installing an 18-foot "Madrid Style" steel driveway swing gate, a 5-foot steel pedestrian gate, and four 8-foot steel fence panels. All posts, gate panels, hinge hardware, and fencing components are provided in the gate kit. The project will require site preparation, precise measurement and layout, post-hole digging, concrete mixing and pouring, setting steel posts, attaching gate hardware, and securing all fence panels.
WHY IS IT NEEDED?
This project will significantly improve safety and security for Landmark Church. The new gate will prevent vehicles from entering the fire road where children often play and where families walk to and from the gathering areas. It will also ensure emergency access remains controlled and unobstructed. The fence panels and gates will create a clearly defined, protected area while improving the overall appearance and functionality of the property. This installation will help safeguard the church community for many years to come.

How you can help!
A big project like this will take some fundraising. Any donation, big or small, would help me reach my goal and successfully complete my Eagle Scout Service Project. All donations will go directly toward purchasing materials and supporting the project.
I truly appreciate your prayers, generosity, and support!
